Attorney Michael J. O’Connor has been recognized by Martindale-Hubbell as an AV® Rated Attorney, the highest such rating available to any individual lawyer. Through personal interviews with other members of the Bar, Martindale-Hubbell representatives discuss lawyers who are under review and use these opinions to form a consensus. To assist with the process, lawyers who are under review are sometimes asked to provide professional references. Confidential questionnaires returned by lawyers and judges in the same practice area or location as the lawyer being rated are also used.
