On May 4, 2004, Attorneys Colleen M. Fowler and Paul J. Dufallo met with PACE Union Members at the VFW Building in Bloomsburg and gave a seminar entitled “Understanding Your Pre-litigation Rights Under the Workers’ Compensation Act”. The attorneys explained to the union what to do when injured at work, proper notice and reporting requirements and other information so the union members know what their rights are when injured at work.
