Dram Shop Act

The Pennsylvania Dram Shop Act holds liquor license owners liable if they themselves, or their agent, servant, or employee serves, furnishes or gives a liquor or malt beverage to a customer who is “visibly intoxicated”, and that customer then injures either himself or herself or another as a result.
