Workers' Compensation Seminar to BCTGM Union

On March 19, 2005, Attorneys Paul J. Dufallo and Wayne S. Fegley participated in the 49th Annual Labor Institute hosted by the BCTGM Local 464 in Hershey, Pennsylvania. The morning seminar was entitled "Understanding Your Pre-litigation Rights Under the Workers' Compensation Act". The attorneys explained to the union what to do when injured at work, proper notice and reporting requirements and other information so the union members know what their rights are when injured at work. The afternoon seminar was entitled "Surveillance and Privacy". The attorneys explained vocational interviews, independent medical examinations, and rehabilitation nurses role.
